Joint work of the Vologda institution of the Blood Service with the enterprises and organizations in the field of blood donation is the main and determining factor for achieving the targets for meeting the needs of medical organizations in the region with blood and its components. An example of active cooperation in donation is the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant. The second year an Agreement on cooperation in the field of blood donation between the blood transfusion station and the plant is concluded by the initiative of the Director General of the enterprise Vasily Aleksandrovich Morozov.
“During the signing of the Agreement, the issue of expanding cooperation with the participation of the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant in the All-Russian Competition of Professional Excellence 2020 in the framework of the program for the development of voluntary gratuitous blood donation and its components, was raised. The proposal was approved and supported by the General manager of the enterprise”, - from the publication on the website of the Vologda Regional Blood Transfusion Station No. 1.
The head doctor of the blood transfusion station Marina Vladimirovna Ulyanova and the deputy general director of the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant Alexander Petrovich Ermolov discussed issues of further cooperation in the field of blood donation. During the discussion of the action plan, new ideas and suggestions arose on activating and stimulating the participation of the enterprise in the donor movement, attracting volunteers to promote donation, a healthy lifestyle, and sports.
