In support of the donor movement #Stay a Donor in the Chechen Republic, Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk, Murmansk and Omsk regions, as well as in Saratov, Lipetsk, Stavropol Territory, Rostov, Moscow, Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea, bikers rode across the Central city streets with flags of Russia. After the motocross in a number of regions, bikers personally supported the participants of the #StayDonor donor movement by taking part in donating blood.
“Donation is saving lives and that's why we are here. I would like to see more concerned people every day” - Nazar Dalitsky (Varyag) from Sevastopol, biker of the Night Wolves club.
“Patriotism ignites only pure hearts. Those with whom it resonates have a real pure heart. It seems to me that donation is part of patriotism, it is a quiet feat of each of its participants, it is everyone's involvement. We understand that there are many of us and we are together" - Alexander Zaldostanov (Surgeon), the leader of the" Night Wolves.
We support donation, and since 2015 we have been providing the movement with all-round support. It's a matter of honor. As soon as we learned about this action, we did not even think about taking part or not. We agreed in a minute” Anton Kotov, one of the participants in the action in Omsk, the chairman of the “Mechanika” club.
“At the peak of the pandemic, the all-Russian campaign #RemainaDonor allowed the Blood Service to remind fellow citizens of the importance of maintaining donor activity, despite external factors. The development of the Blood Service is a social direction that affects the interests of the whole society, and the main emphasis should be placed on maintaining and stimulating personnel donation. On National Flag Day, together with Molodezhka ONF, we launched the third joint marathon #StayaDonor, which unites the donor community of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to maintain a strategic stock of donor blood components needed in many areas of medical activity” - Veronika Skvortsova, head of the FMBA of Russia.
As part of the events of the All-Russian marathon #StayaDonor, all institutions of the Blood Service observe a set of anti-epidemiological measures, including the rules for using personal protective equipment, mask regime and thermometry.
