Earlier, the Republican Blood Transfusion Station of Bashkortostan introduced the Lean management standard into its work and switched to the Open Registry model. The audit at the station was carried out by the international group of audit and certification companies - Haensch Group. Based on the results of the analysis and tests carried out by the Haensch Group, the Republican Blood Transfusion Station received a certificate of compliance with the national standard of the Russian Federation for lean production (GOST R 56404 - 2015).
