1 June 2011 the construction of the Center of Pediatric Hematology was completed (FNKTS DGOI). It is the largest and the most modern hospital of this kind not only in our country but also in Europe. Buildings of the new Center are located across the street from the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital. Very soon, the clinic will begin receiving the first patients. So that children do not feel sad in hospital, the walls are painted in bright colors, and the trees were planted in the yard in April. Children will be able to walk and play at playgrounds when allowed by doctors to go outside.
13 June at the celebration guests will make the final touch - they will be able to paint benches and playgrounds, as well as to plant flowers in the courtyard of the Centre. After intense “creative” part all will be expected for an exciting concert. And of course, everyone will be able to go on a tour of the new Center. We’ll tell you a little secret: the donors and their friends will definitely be shown the department of blood transfusion - this you have never seen before!
