Protocol on social partnership was signed on 26 October in Moscow by Head of Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA) Vladimir Uyba and Head of LG Electronics in Russia Song Dae Hyeon. The document provides for continuation of joint work on promoting voluntary blood donorship and its components in the Russian Federation.
FMBA of Russia and LG Electronics have been cooperating for already three years. LG became first Russian company – partner to Mass Voluntary Mass Voluntary Blood Donation Program in Russia implemented by the Russian Ministry of Public Health and Social Development and FMBA since 2008. Over the time of partnership LG Electronics has held 36 Donor Days, each fourth of the company’s employees have become voluntary blood donor.
LG Electronics has involved to the promotion of donorship 7 largest in Russia media holdings companies, 2 business partners and 26 famous and respected representatives of cultural community, show business and sports elite of Russia, who have become ambassadors of blood donation.
