LG Electronics together with publishing house Moskovsky Komsomolets held first joint Donor Day on 29 November. They were supported by one of the most famous sportsmen and public figures of Russia Nikolai Valuyev, who actively supports development of youth and junior sport and promotes ideas of healthy life style among the young people.
For LG this is 37th event the company holds to promote Mass Free Blood Donorship Program of the Ministry of Public Health and Federal Medical Biological Agency of Russia. Over the time LG supports free donation of blood and its components, its campaigns have been participated by a whole lot of famous people, among them: Olympic champions Alexey Yagudin, Alexey Nemov, Tatyana Navka, Svetlana Khorkina, Svetlana Masterkova and Irina Chashchina, Natalya Rogozina, Vladimir Mineyev, Alexander Stetsurenko, Irina Karavayeva, Dmitry Sautin and show-bis stars Anita Tsoy, girls-band Blestyashchiye, T-killah, Alexander and Yekaterina Strizhenovs, band Smyslovye Gaallutsinatsii. The symbol of the star blood donorship campaigning is a big red heart.
