The anniversary XXth round of the Students’ Donor Campaign «Our gift for life!» ended in Novosibirsk. Within the Campaign, Blood Donor Days were held at high educational institutions and specialized secondary schools of the city from September to November.
9 years ago, only 3 universities took part in the first round of the Campaign, this year there were 12 universities and 2 schools. This is a record number of young donors participating in the Russian Students’ Donor Campaign – 1,761 people.

Thanks to these young people we can fully provide medical institutions with blood, and the doctors get chance to perform complex heart surgeries, transplantations, stop bleeding of maternity patients, save the victims in the accidents, treat children with cancer», -
