IT Directors, Top Managers of IT companies, Heads of Authorities and other experts participated at the event, in the framework of direct electronic voting identified the best projects of 2015 in the IT sector. More than 1 thousand people took part in the voting.
The best IT project in the public health was implemented by the Federal Biomedical Agency of Russia which successfully created a unified information space of the Blood Service of Russia providing both an adequate level of safety of the blood and (or) its components as well as the necessary protection of health of the Russian citizens.
During the project implementation using the Automated Information Transfusion System comprehensive automation of technological processes of the Blood Service institutions was carried out. In the real time on the basis of common formats information exchange data on donors, donations and persons with contraindications to donation was organized. Apart from this, the possibility to accommodate and centralize the registration of information about the logging, volumes and clinical use of donor blood and (or) its components was ensured.
